Salon Policy
CANCELATIONS & NO-SHOW POLICY
We ask that you notify us within 24 hours of your appointment to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so may result in a loss of any deposits made toward services. If you do not notify us or we are unable to reach you, and you do not show for your appointment, any deposit made toward services will be lost. We only require deposits for appointments made online; we do not require deposits for appointments made in person or over the phone, except for groups of five or more people.
LATENESS
We reserve the right to cancel appointments for guests arriving 15 minutes or more late. Should you not arrive on time for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, if services cannot be completed in the remaining time frame, we will attempt to reschedule in a timely manner. Should you arrive late but within the allotted time of your appointment, and we need to completely reschedule due to an inadequate amount of time remaining, deposits mad may be applied to your next visit.
ONLINE BOOKING
A deposit, applied to the balance at the time of service, is required for appointments booked online. Deposits are refundable up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, per our cancelation policy. We may only be able to perform the services which you select at the time of booking. Should you wish to make changes or make requests for additional services upon your arrival, we will do our best to accommodate you within the time that is available.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Please note that services rendered are nonrefundable. If you are not satisfied, we ask that you contact us and return to the salon within 3 days of the initial service so that management can visually inspect the work performed. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the technician who performed the service, at no additional cost to you. All complimentary corrections must be made within 5 days of the initial service.
